Our ability to machine most of the terminals in our own facility offers many benefits to our customers.

• Special custom fittings to meet your particular needs can be produced especially for you, so you are not limited in your product design to using only off-the-shelf cable fittings provided by others.

• Modern, versatile cutting and swaging operations allow us to efficiently produce wire rope assemblies in large or small quantities. You don't necessarily have to order large quantities to get a reasonable price.
• Many cables can be cut on automated cutting equipment, to reduce costs and maintain uniformity in cut lengths.
• Punch presses, hydraulic presses and rotary swagers are available to swage fittings on your cable assemblies. The ability to swage terminals in different ways allows us to use the most efficient method for your job, so we can keep your costs to a minimum.
• Other machining and assembly capabilities can help you reduce your costs.
• We can supply many other machined and stamped parts used in your wire rope assemblies.
• Complete assembled units where the cables are a sub-assembly component can be supplied, to reduce the number of vendors required and eliminate the need for your own assembly labor to make the complete assembled unit.

State-of-the-art computerized lathes and mills and other metal forming equipment enable us to machine or stamp a wide variety of metal parts for our customers, in addition to parts used solely on cable assemblies.
Machining parts from various materials is done on modern CNC lathes and mills, small parts are stamped out on manually operated or automated punch presses offering a number of benefits to our customers including:
