The Cable Connection was established in 1992. Our principals have been in the wire rope business for over 25 years and are specialists in manufacturing custom cable assemblies for many different uses.
We supply cable assemblies to customers throughout the United States, and our assemblies are found in vehicles, airplanes, gymnasium equipment, weighing devices, medical equipment, machinery, and a multitude of industrial and consumer products.
In 1998, The Cable Connection designed and introduced the innovative Ultra-tec® line of hardware designed especially for cable railings. |
The Ultra-tec product line has become the preeminent line of its type for use in cable railings.
Manufacturing facilities include computerized machinery and state-of-the-art equipment and processes. Most of the fittings used in The Cable Connection’s cable assemblies are manufactured in our factory; therefore we do not rely on outside sources — allowing us to offer shorter lead times, better quality control, and a lower cost than others in our industry.
We are proud of the excellent relationships we enjoy with our customers who have come to rely on us for quality, service, and dependability at competitive prices. |

Versatile cutting and swaging operations allow us to efficiently produce cable assemblies in large or small quantities. You don’t have to order large quantities to get a reasonable price. The ability to cut cable and swage fittings in different ways allows us to use the most efficient methods for your job.
> Automated cutting equipment reduces costs and maintains uniformity in cut length on cables.
> Different swaging equipment is used for different applications.
> Clean, well laid-out assembly areas allow us to produce finished cable assemblies at the lowest possible cost. |
|
Many of the fittings used on our cable assemblies are machined on state-of-the art CNC lathes and mills in our machining department.
The benefits to our customers are numerous:
> Cost benefit — We are the original source for the parts, keeping costs down.
> Custom parts — We do not rely on off-the-shelf products from outside sources; custom parts can be machined to meet your exact requirements.
> Delivery schedules — We control the production of your parts, so we are better able to meet your schedule.
> Quality — We machine the fittings in-house, so we control the quality of your parts. |

|
We are not limited to producing parts only for cable assemblies. Our computerized machining equipment, punch presses, and assembly facilities enable us to machine or stamp a wide variety of parts for our customers in addition to fittings used on cable assemblies.
Advantages to our customers include:
> Single-source responsibility
> An alternative source of supply for machined or stamped parts
> Competitive prices |
